2011 – Inspired by nature in Malibu. It brings me through a process of creation, that I call meditation. Unsure of how long time I spent on this one. Two step process, water color, and black ink.

.

2010 – This summer was a very memorable one. Some of the first times letting ink flow freely on the paper – no story, no idea, just with a feeling..

.

2009 – Kastle, the second commission I got from a favourite teacher of mine. Painted in ink on paper. Jaktstugan.

.

2009 – Pages from a calender I made for mum. Somehow this reminds me of mumintrollen ^^

.

2009 – At this time I sketched more than anything. Now I have loads of folders full with scribbled papers, here two examples. Sometimes I used a green colored pencil to sketch. Using a green or blue pencil allowes me to ink directly onto my sketch (meaning I may avoid using the lightbox), because when scanned and edited, the color disappears to leave the inked parts by them selves. Later however, I entered periods where I would put shadows directly onto my drawing, rather than having it seperat until I would digitally merge them. Thus I stopped using my green pencil, and build my self a light box.

2008 – During Comic-school I made a series of these illustrations. The first one here was put on all four of our fanzines. I got to know about ink on paper, and still today it is the best I know!

2007 – Manga reached out even to me once. I found the style to be something in between realistic drawing and a comical style, wich attracted me. It ende up with some body studies. Not only did I put my nose into books about how to draw comics, but as much into books about anatomy of the human body. I read one series of a Manga (Ramna 1/2, such a good one xD), but never really got stuck in any other.
